Prime Financial Education Services does not charge in full up front. Instead our services are billed on a month to month basis to ensure our clients satisfaction. You may cancel your plan or services at anytime. Upon cancellation, all services will be stopped, and client will be liable for all work or services performed up to that billing cycle prior to cancellation. To cancel services please send an email to Otwane@primefinancial.es at least ten (10) days before the next recurring payment. If services are cancelled in this way, clients will not be billed for the next payment.
Clients are entitled to a refund of their last monthly payment in any cases of dissatisfaction with the level or quality of services received from Prime Financial Education Services. If you are not satisfied with your services, simply email Otwane@primefinancial.es with a brief explaination of the issue, and if we cannot solve the problem to your satisfaction, we will refund the last monthly payment made to that account.
